Permissions on Redmi phones for Nebry UC

Check APP Permissions.

1. Once you download and open the Nerby UC app for the first time, you will be asked to provide access to the below permissions. Permissions could be visible once you login.
   1. Notifications. Select 'Allow'.
      
      
   2. Manage Phone Calls. Select 'Allow'.
      
      
   3. Record Audio. Select 'While using the app'.
      
      
2. Allow 'Nebry UC'as the calling account.
   1. The next permission is to allow Nerby UC to act as the calling service, select 'OK' from the below notification. If the below notification is not showing, kindly follow the below 'Check Calling account is enabled.' guide further below.    
      
      
   2. From the call settings screen, select 'Calling Accounts'.
      
      
      
   3. Enable 'Nebry UC'.
      
3. Allow additional permissions.
   1. Long press on the Nebry UC app, and select 'App Info'
   2. Now check every sub-menu for the correct settings.
      
       
   3. From the ‘App Permissions’ menu, make sure that ‘Pause app activity if unused’ is unchecked (off).
      
      
      
   4. And that all available permissions are ‘Allowed’ and that there are no permissions listed under ‘Not Allowed’.
      
       
   5. In the ‘Other Permissions’ menu, make sure that all available options are allowed (green)
      
       
   6. From the ‘Notifications’ menu, please make sure that all available options are on.
      
       
   7. Ensure that both ‘Wi-Fi’ and ‘Mobile Data’ are allowed in the ‘Restrict data usage’ section.
      
       
   8. Set battery saver to ‘No Restrictions’ in the ‘Battery Saver’ menu (E).
      
      

Check Calling account is enabled.

1. Open the Native dealer application.
   
    
2. Click on the three dots at the top.
   
    
3. Click on ‘Settings’.
   
    
4. Select ‘Calling Accounts’
   
    
5. Select ‘Calling Accounts’ again.
   
    
6. Enable ‘Nebry UC’ from the ‘Other available accounts’ section.
